We are looking for a great Spanish-speaking customer support representative who believes that the right combination of technology and people can achieve this mission. The ideal candidate would be familiar with family-based immigration, from immigrant visa processing through naturalization. In this role, you will:
Interact with customers to address their general questions about Boundless and support them through their immigration journey.
Contribute to our customer knowledge base and support content.
Manage and update content to ensure consistency with new content and forms/regulatory updates.
Write blogs and resource articles that will help address common, general immigration questions.
Research immigration laws and potential changes in policy to provide insights to the team.
Serve as an in-house “customer,” regularly using and testing our software to provide feedback to the development team.
Help develop customer testimonials and case studies.
For this role, you bring:
Empathy. You will be communicating with families during their most stressful moments. Intuitively understand what to say to encourage and delight our customers.
Knowledge. Hands-on experience with different types of family-based immigration. Although this is not a paralegal or legal assistant position, prior experience in either of those roles is strongly preferred.
Organization. You are meticulous about keeping records and have a deep desire to cross off checklists.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your friends tell you you’re magical at explaining complex topics.
Proactiveness and self-motivation. We are a small team moving quickly. You enjoy identifying improvements and making them happen without significant oversight and guidance.
Curiosity. You are always interested in learning new information and skills.
Fluency in Spanish. You can clearly explain complex concepts in Spanish verbally and in writing.
