Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of business-related immigration practice experience or involvement, demonstrated commitment to immigration work, and excellent case management skills. Areas of practice include handling visa matters for U.S. and foreign employers, proactive client counseling, and I-9 compliance. Additionally, all candidates should be licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction, have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
