The Law Offices of Kenneth Panzer is seeking to hire an experienced associate attorney to join the firm. Candidates should have experience practicing before the EOIR Immigration Courts in all aspects of removal defense and with USCIS in family based petitions and naturalization applications. The successful candidate will be expected to manage his or her own case load with minimal supervision, and participate in the supervision of assisting paralegals, including and not limited to the development and preparation of waivers of inadmissibility, the writing of motions to EOIR, and filing appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office. Good standing with any state bar admission is acceptable. Being bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
