Responsibilities:

Our London office is seeking a full time US Immigration Associate Attorney. Associate Attorney will report to the Founder and is responsible for managing case work through to filing cases independently.

Primary Responsibilities

· Represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law

· Oversee and manage legal assistants in case preparation work

· Maintain a high-level of professionalism and communication with all clients

· Maintain case work quality and consistency within the office with an excellent attention to detail

· Maintain accuracy for rapid turnover caseload

· Assist clients and legal assistants with technical issues in completing the questionnaires and submitting documents

· Participate in other office projects as assigned

Qualifications

JD with admission to bar (preferably New York). Experience with US immigration law is not required but will be considered favourably. We do require a high level of professionalism and an excellent attention to detail.
