The Jensen Law Firm PLLC is seeking an experienced paralegal for our business immigration focused practice located in Midtown Manhattan. The applicant should be a motivated and bright individual who values a collegial, collaborative, and fulfilling environment.
The paralegal will be responsible for the following job duties under the supervision of the managing partner:
Prepare USCIS visa applications, including forms and cover letters for visa petition filings for managing partner
Manage client relations, including conducting and assisting with client intake sheets, maintain communications with client throughout visa process
Collaborate with Jensen Law Firm team to manage ongoing cases and meet client expectations
Qualifications: Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills; reliable; attention to detail; experience in business immigration (H-1B, TN, L, E, O, NIW, PERM, and I-140)
