The Business Immigration Paralegal position will be an integral part of the firm's immigration practice. You will prepare and file important legal documents for the firm’s clients including corporations and organizations in various industries such as IT/technology, construction, engineering, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit and education. As a Business Immigration Paralegal you will handle a wide variety of business immigration matters including various non-immigrant visa cases (such as H-1B, L-1A, and E-2) as well as employment based green card cases (such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM and NIW). You will have significant responsibility and build client relationships by serving as a point of contact and resource to corporate clients.

At least 2 years of experience in handling business (employment-based) immigration cases. Experience with L-1A cases is a must |
