The Law Office of Robert B. Jobe is a nationally recognized immigration law firm based in San Francisco, California. Specializing in matters related to asylum, family-based immigration, and removal defense, we have successfully litigated watershed cases that have shaped immigration law in the western United States. Our team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff work in a collegial and fast-paced environment. We have been working from home since March due to COVID, but expect the courts to reopen soon. We need attorneys willing/able to attend hearings and interviews.
We have positions available on our litigation team, representing clients in Immigration Court, and a position in our Family Team leading waivers, consular processing and attending USCIS interviews.

Robert B. Jobe is widely recognized as one of the nation's finest immigration litigators. He has litigated at all levels of the federal court system (including the United States Supreme Court), testified in the United States House of Representatives, authored numerous articles and a leading treatise on the law of asylum, and lectured widely on immigration-related issues.
