You will be responsible for completing Affirmative Family Based Applications. This position encompasses everything from Intake to Submission of Applications. You will be required to navigate issues surrounding Petitions for Alien Relatives, One Step Adjustments for Status Applications, Citizen Applications, Derivation of Citizenship, Green Card Renewals, U Visas, VAWA Applications, Petitions to Remove Conditions and Visitor Visas.

Minimum of 1 Year Experience or Newly Bared with strong Internships.
