Summary Our law firm is seeking an experienced immigration attorney with established credentials in legal research, writing, and client interaction. Applicants should be able to demonstrate substantial experience with written appellate advocacy at the Immigration Court, BIA, Circuit Court, and District Court levels. As an of counsel or part-time attorney, you will be responsible for managing an appellate caseload. You will bring a number of skills to this job, including (a) strong written and oral advocacy; (b) effective client and caseload management; (c) disciplined adherence to best practices; and (d) commitment to exercising leadership and improving the performance of our team.
