Sidley Austin seeks an experienced immigration lawyer to join the Chicago office as a staff attorney.  Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment; the ability to work an immigration case from beginning to end (various forms/filings); experience handling requests for evidence; strong legal research and writing skills; the ability to manage client relationships; and experience working with and supervising paralegals.  Candidates must either be local or willing to relocate to Chicago.
