Training & Development Specialist
The Hartford office of Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Training and Development Specialist to work in our IT Department. This position is responsible for internal training programs for the firm’s lawyers and staff and works collaboratively with the IT Department, Professional Development Committee, Department Managers and Section & Practice Group leadership to align training initiatives with firm goals.
