The position is mostly on-site once you are eligible for a COVID vaccine. The interview will be conducted safely, in-person.

Bar license in any state
1 year of experience as a non-attorney or attorney in any type of professional office
Demonstrated interest in immigration law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High accuracy with details
Duties - Represent companies and families by:
Preparing immigration application packages
Writing legal arguments, employer support letters, and declarations
Communicating with clients
Representing clients at USCIS interviews
Conducting legal research
Assisting with firm management
