Responsibilities:

• Communicate timely, compassionately, and professionally with clients.
• Coordinate timely and accurately regarding case progress and preparation.
• Prepare/monitor H-1B, L-1, TN, E1/E2, E-3, P-1, O-1 and other nonimmigrant petitions/applications.
• Prepare/monitor immigrant/permanent resident processes filings, including PERM labor certifications.
• Prepare in-depth factual and/or analytical summary of options, and or memos/summaries.
• Monitor expiration dates and prepare case status reports for clients using case management systems and programs.
• Support the DW Immigration Group with other assigned tasks and projects, as needed.
• Use Law Logix and/or INSZoom.
• Record time accurately, when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Law Logix and/or INSZoom experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in PERM filings is preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of business immigration experience, including both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy your work and be dedicated to excellence in your profession.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to clearly, respectfully, and succinctly communicate with clients and foreign national employees is critical.
• Work efficiently but be available for overtime due to client demands.
• Additional language capabilities a plus.

This position allows telecommuting from any State where Dickinson Wright has a physical office location (Texas, Michigan, Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois,  Kentucky, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington DC).  Additional Salary Information: Full firm benefits, including healthcare.
