Recruiting Coordinator – Lateral Recruiting (Multiple Locations)
Ballard Spahr has a new and exciting opportunity that can be available in our Atlanta, Minneapolis, New Jersey, Phoenix or Philadelphia office. As part of a hands-on collaborative team, this position will assist with daily operations for recruiting lateral associates, of counsel, and attorneys through all phases of the recruitment and onboarding processes, and assist on planning orientations and facilitating the integration program for all new hires. The chosen individual will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who will be responsible for posting jobs, drafting and preparing correspondence, data entry, scheduling candidate interviews and preparing candidate materials. The coordinator also will assist in hosting lateral candidates visiting the firm for interviews as well
