Our office is seeking a dynamic, driven, and passionate Immigration Attorney to immediately join our law practice located in Norcross, Georgia. Must have solid experience interpreting and providing advice on business immigration issues including but not limited to nonimmigrant work visas and immigrant visas.  Knowledge and experience in legal process and forms, drafting documents, advising, and representing clients.

•    Must have JD degree from an accredited law school.
•    Must have an active license in good standing in any US jurisdiction.
•    1+ years of immigration practice experience.
