This position is based in Montreal, Canada.
Your contribution to the firm’s success
You will manage multiple U.S. business immigration cases simultaneously and review cases prepared by paralegals;
You will provide clients with business solutions and innovative ideas based on their needs;
You will prepare, review and oversee the submission applications for immigration;
You will remain at all times the client’s primary point of contact for the resolution of their cases;
You will work collaboratively with other lawyers, and you will contribute to the implementation of best practices within the group.
Law degree from a recognized law school;
Active license to practice law in a U.S. state (Active Bar Membership in a U.S. State);
1 to 2 years of experience in business immigration;
Exceptionally strong oral and written skills in English;
Oral and written skills in French;
Knowledge of business immigration to the United States and the ability to apply this knowledge to practical cases;
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment and to handle several projects at once;
Autonomy in work execution, superior self-organization and time management skills.
