Santos Lloyd Law Firm in Irvine, California is growing and has multiple openings for an Associate Attorney. The firm handles a high volume of P-1A, P-1B, P-3s O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIWs, EB-3, H-1B, L-1A, L-1Bs family based and removal cases. The ideal candidate will have the necessary immigration experience, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing complete immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, track receipt and approval notices, draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE), interview appearances, brief writing and drafting motions. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
