General immigration firm is seeking an experienced paralegal or attorney to support our busy corporate immigration practice. Applicants without business immigration experience will not be considered. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). This position is primarily responsible for the preparation of various employment-based immigration documents and the corresponding client communication and case management required to deliver exceptional client service.
