We’re looking for a temporary, full-time, immigration paralegal to join our team in March to cover a maternity leave. What You’ll Do: Work directly with our team of attorneys and other professionals to manage a busy caseload, including customer-facing interaction with multinational corporate clients and their employees. Prepare H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, E-3, O-1 and other nonimmigrant petitions and applications. Prepare immigrant/permanent resident process filings, including PERM Labor Certifications and I-140 Immigrant Petitions.
