ARC is seeking a Paralegal to support the Office of General Counsel with the J-1 program and all aspects of grant agreement contracting. This position reports to the General Counsel and work closely with members of the General Counsel’s staff as well as directors and staff of the grants team.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of legal aspects related to contract and grants management.
Good communication skills with clear articulation.
Strong legal writing, proofreading and editing skills.
Demonstrated effective organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn and use grants management software.
Strong technology knowledge with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
