Fredrikson & Byron, a leading Midwest law firm is looking to hire immigration paralegals to join our growing and dynamic Immigration Law Department.

This position will involve case management and the preparation of immigration petitions for employers seeking essential temporary and permanent foreign workers seeking immigration status in this country. It involves preparation of family-based, H-1B, L-1, TN, I-140, and I-485 petitions. This is a unique and stimulating position in the area of immigration law, working at one of the largest and leading law firms in Minnesota and the firm’s vibrant Immigration Department. This position may be a hybrid position where the employee eventually may work remotely part of each week on a schedule determined with the employee’s supervisor(s).

This position requires a passion for immigration law and high level organizational, analytical and writing skills. The position is open to individuals with excellent attention to detail, superb written skills, and an interest in world affairs and foreign cultures. You must be able to work well in a document intensive and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Adobe and case management software is a plus.   Immigration experience preferred but not required.
