Provide immigration legal representation of clients in proceedings before the Alaska Court System, Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Includes appearances at hearings, preparation of witnesses, legal research, and the preparation of briefs and other pleadings. Manage case files in accordance with program policy and procedures.
