We have an immediate opening for 2 Legal Writers/Paralegals to join our growing team.
We are seeking to add fully remote members to join our team. The legal writers will be responsible for drafting EB1, EB2-NIW, O1 and L1 petitions, including relevant legal memoranda and peer letters.
Successful candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of these visa types and a proven record of getting petitions approved. Candidates should be able to provide us with writing samples and also demonstrate strong knowledge of these visas and current trends during the hiring process.
This position pays on a pay-per-case basis with option to convert to either contract or salaried position down the line. Salary listed is for in-office, full time work. If choosing remote or part-time, compensation will likely be on a case by case basis.
Requirements:
** 5 years + experience with employment-based immigration. Must have strong knowledge of EB1s, EB2, L1 and O1 visas.
- Bachelors degree or paralegal certification an accredited program
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
- Readiness and availability to have steady, long-term work
