Hartman Law Firm is seeking a Denver-area attorney to support our immigration practice in Western Colorado.  We have offices in Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction and Golden and we are looking for an attorney who will work primarily out of our Golden office.  We have very few Front Range clients and we are not seeking to expand into that market.  Our practice is focused on Western Colorado and the Denver-area attorney will attend EOIR Hearings, USCIS interviews and Colorado state court hearings in person, by video or by phone, when permitted.  The associate at the Golden office handles in-person appearances in the Denver area while supporting our Western Colorado practice remotely from the Golden office.  Duties include drafting of briefs for USCIS, Immigration Court, BIA, federal distric
