The Supervising Attorney is an experienced immigration lawyer who will focus on supervision, direct representation, and supporting the development of a new program funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), providing legal services for detained unaccompanied children, including representation in immigration court, before USCIS, and in state court proceedings.
