IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY---DEPORTATION/REMOVAL
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, including deportation/removal cases and waivers.  Candidate must be familiar in preparing legal briefs, motions and petitions before EOIR, USCIS, ICE, CBP and must have prior immigration court litigation experience.  Must be familiar with Family petitions, asylum cases, SIJS, U-Visas, waivers (including I-601A, I-601, I-212), cancellation of removal.   Candidate must have experience working with USCIS and the Immigration Court.  Must have excellent communication, writing, time management and analytical skills.  Position will focus on removal defense, asylum, waivers, representation at USCIS interviews, motions to reopen and appeals.  Attorney must also be willing to assist with initial client consultations.  Must speak Span
