Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator
This position is open to candidates in New York City, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, and Miami.   The Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:    Prepares and coordinates multiple candidate interview schedules weekly; anticipates partners’ needs based on calendars and adjusts interview schedules as needed. Coordinates virtual interviews by WebEx and Microsoft Teams; ensures interviews are started and executed flawlessly. Prepares and sends candidate pre-interview materials; updates and maintains candidate materials on an ongoing basis. Sends interview evaluation forms to internal partners and monitors completion of evaluation forms; follows up with partners as needed.
