Our immigration law firm, serving the immigrant community for over 60 years, is seeking an experienced, motivated, full-time immigration associate or senior attorney to handle a variety of immigration matters. Duties & Responsibilities Removal defense: Practice before the EOIR/Immigration Court. Extensive EOIR trial experience is a must. Experience with detained cases a plus Family based immigration – Various family petitions and applications such as adjustment of status and NVC Humanitarian: VAWA, Asylum, U Visas, TPS, etc. Must have experience with waivers – 212, 601 (fraud, criminal, etc.), 601A, etc. Duties will include motions to reopen/reconsider and appeals (USCIS, AAO, BIA)
