Program Head for Access Services and Libraries’ Learning Spaces (Mgmt 3, Library – Research and Learning) Reporting to Felicity Walsh, the Department Head Information Delivery and Library Access (ID&LA, and with frequent interaction with the Associate Director of Research, Learning, and Strategic Partnerships, the Program Head of Access Services and Libraries Learning Spaces provides leadership in creating a welcoming and user-centered experience for all community members in the MIT Libraries’ user spaces and in all ID&LA’s service offerings.
