We specialize in navigating situations where both of those practice areas intersect. We are seeking an attorney who has a passion for immigration and to help take our growing law firm to the next level. An attorney that can bring their extensive immigration experience to support the legal department.

THE JOB:

• Take ownership of a client's case – federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases
• Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work
• Full-service immigration services: family immigration, employment immigration, deportation defense
• THE ESSENTIALS:
• Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations. We need an attorney who already has litigation experience, but attitude is just as important.
• High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply.
• If you think filling out a plea form is the best thing you can do for a client, do not apply
