Our firm located in the San Fernando Valley, county of Los Angeles, has an immediate opportunity for an immigration attorney.     •    Experience and skills:  Law degree and active law practice admission,    •    1-4 yrs years of experience representing immigrant families, in family-based, Naturalization, and Consular Practice immigration cases.   Drafts motions, waivers, request for evidence replies, and appeals to USCIS, EOIR and BIA.      •    Enthusiastic candidates with less experience will be considered    •    Fluency in English and Spanish,     •    Strong organizational and communication skills,    •    Must be proficient in legal research, and legal case management software program.     •    Excellent research/w
