Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney (8+ yrs) to join our firm’s growing Business Immigration Practice Group in the role of Senior Counsel.     The ideal candidate will specialize in business immigration law with a strong emphasis on EB-1 petitions, National Interest Waivers (NIW), and various non-immigrant work visas.
