Seeking Immigration Attorneys to handle start-to-end EB1s, NIWs and O1s petitions. Fully remote. We are a 25+ year old, well-regarded employment -based immigration law practice. We are growing and are seeking to add fully remote attorneys to our team.   Candidates will be responsible for drafting EB1, NIW and O1 petitions exclusively and must be able to handle all aspects of petition drafting including strategizing with senior attorneys and client, researching applicable laws and writing winning petitions. Ideal candidates will be dedicated, driven and creative thinkers. These are a long-term, permanent positions. We are growing and promote from within, so if, after a trial period, this is a good fit, we will make a full time offer.
