Radiology Partners is hiring an Immigration Coordinator. The individual will work with key stakeholders and outside counsel to assist with end-to-end immigration procedures to ensure lawful work authorizations across the Practice. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for candidates and employees, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Organize, maintain, and submit legal documents to outside counsel and leadership.
- Track case statuses, meet deadlines, and communicate updates to HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with visa procedures, required postings, and processing timelines.
- Oversee vendor management, including approvals, invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Monitor visa expirations and coordinate timely refiling with outside counsel.
- Provide support to People & Culture and Labor & Employment teams as needed.
