The ideal candidate will be someone with two years of experience in business immigration, including a strong understanding of the PERM labor certification process.  While duties will focus mainly on perm application preparation and advisory work, you will also be involved in nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.  We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work proactively both independently and within groups.  This will be a three month contract role subject to renewal based upon performance and the Firm’s staffing needs.
