This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys in preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and other immigration-related filings. The successful candidate must be able to work with moderate supervision and guidance in reviewing case documents and preparing employment-based immigration petitions/applications for filing with various government agencies.
