Mills and Born is a New England based Immigration Law Firm that has been representing immigrants for over 25 years. Our Providence, RI office is looking for an associate attorney. The attorney will represent clients before the Immigration Court and at USCIS field offices. The attorney will represent clients in removal defense, asylum applications, and family based immigration petitions, as well as complex immigration matters. The attorney will also represent juvenile clients in the Family and Probate Courts. The attorney will prepare applications for submission with USCIS.
