About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in removal defense and have a passion for complex immigration matters, litigation, and advocacy. This role is best suited for someone who is outgoing, detailed-oriented, highly motivated, and eager to work in a collaborative and client-focused environment.   

- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (North Carolina Bar preferred)

- Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience

- Demonstrated experience in removal defense, asylum, and family-based immigration

- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

- Willingness to travel to EOIR courts, USCIS offices, and detention centers

- Strong ability to manage cases from start to finish
