We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team.  We represent health care organizations and physicians in the employment-based immigration process.  You will collaborate closely with clients, attorneys, and government agencies to ensure the timely and accurate submission of J-1 waiver applications, H-1B petitions and PERM labor certification applications, as well as other immigration processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business immigration law and at least 2 years of experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department.
