Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Immigration Paralegal with 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with case preparation, client communication, and USCIS/EOIR filings. Responsibilities: Prepare immigration forms (I-130, I-485, I-601A, N-400, I-589, EOIR motions, etc.) Draft affidavits, support letters, and cover letters Assemble and file application packages with USCIS, DOS, and EOIR Communicate with clients and gather documentation Track case progress and maintain deadlines Conduct legal and country conditions research
