We are seeking an Associate attorney (any state bar) to join our team of immigration litigators. We primarily practice before EOIR and the federal courts. A working knowledge of ECAS, EROP, and PACER is required. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, meaning you’ve handled removal matters through IJ decision, and written appeals to the Board. Our office operates at a high level and makes law regularly in front of immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal trial and appellate courts.
