This role focuses on assisting clients with various employment-based immigration matters, with a specific emphasis on PERM cases. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients and has a minimum of two years of experience in immigration law. Responsibilities: - Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications for employment-based cases, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, labor certification. - Prepare various immigration forms, including but not limited to I-140, I-539. - Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and docume
