 1 plus years Immigration experience strongly preferred (including internships and clerkships) 
 Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
 Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence 
 Strong organizational and project management skills 
 Ability to manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under short deadlines 
 Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and ability to quickly achieve proficiency in customized software for immigration case processing and tracking 
 Initiative, team orientation and professionalism 
 Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
