 DUTIES: 
 Under supervision of lawyers, prepare documents needed for filings with government agencies including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence; manage high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties, and; conduct research.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
 Associate&#8217;s Degree or higher 
 Strong research and writing skills

 Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team 
 
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 Specifically, successful candidate will: 
 
 Assist with preparing cases for filing (draft cover letters, FedEx, exhibit binders) 
 Keep electronic files organized, and create subfolders when downloading from ShareFile 
 Enter billing items and draft bills 
 Update Master Case List based on government notices received, including biometrics/EAD tab 
 Draft and download forms 
 Draft straightforward EAD/AP renewals and prepare filing packages 
 Provide other back-end case support as requested 
 Partner with attorney to ensure that all cases are managed within an appropriate timeframe, monitor deadlines and assist with client management 
 Support firm management to ensure operations are running efficiently 
 Provide office services to include mail, filing and scanning support 
 Provide expanded support as needed 
 Associates or bachelor&#8217;s degree, law firm and/or immigration experience preferred.&#xa0;Must also have excellent communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills. The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have a strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of and responsibility for assignment.</description>
