								<description>Portland, Oregon,  We are seeking to hire a full time immigration attorney with 2+ years of family immigration or business immigration law experience. We are looking for the new attorney to start as soon as possible. Although the position will be based in Portland long term, you could start working remotely for us before moving here in-person within a few months. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent families with adjustment of status, waivers, immigrant visa petitions, and fiance visas.
Assist individuals with naturalization, asylum, VAWA, and crimmigration issues.
Handle immigrant (EB-1, EB-2,) and nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, E-2) visa petitions for business clients.
Manage paralegal support staff.
Manage open cases and communicate with clients by email and phone.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Member of state bar (preferably State of Oregon).
At least three years of experience working as an immigration attorney.
Strong analytical and strategic problem solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
Superb interpersonal skills and track record of getting along well with colleagues and clients.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Fluency in another language is a plus.
