								<description>Boston, Massachusetts,  RSST Law Group is looking for an immigration associate to join our growing team.&#xa0; This person will work closely with a partner to manage a large case load and provide high-quality legal services to our clients, which include global companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations, hospitals and universities, among others. The associate will handle the full range of employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, and PERM) and nonimmigrant petitions (O-1, H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).&#xa0; Along with typical case review and oversight tasks, work will include drafting lengthy legal documents; corresponding directly with clients; and attending interviews at the USCIS local office as needed.&#xa0; The associate will be working closely with the partner, support staff, and the firm&#8217;s clients to support practice management and case coordination, with an eye towards professional and practice development and growth. Initially, the position will be partially remote; the associate will be expected to report to the office at least one day/week (potentially more as needed).&#xa0; Long-term, the position will be based primarily in the office. The ideal candidate will have a JD, MA license, and excellent writing, multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills.&#xa0; 2 - 5+ years of business immigration experience is required.&#xa0; The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have a strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of and responsibility for cases and client relationships. &#xa0;This is an ideal position for an associate interested in taking on greater responsibility and growing their skill and practice.  Constangy, Brooks, Smith &#38; Prophete LLP seeks a full-time Senior Immigration Paralegal to add to the Boston, MA office. This position is open to remote work, or a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. We are looking to add a motivated Senior Immigration Paralegal to help cultivate and build a world-class immigration team. 
 Responsibilities generally include: 
 
 Work with moderate supervision and guidance to analyze case documents, strategize on best course of action, draft petitions/applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification; 
 Perform more substantive and client-facing work than is typical for a Paralegal in a law firm setting including varied case related duties requiring specialized knowledge and skills in employment-based immigration matters; 
 Be fluent in case management and other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information as needed; 
 Work closely in team environment, provide updates while building knowledge of firm and client processes and recommend creative solutions for process improvement to team for specific client accounts to help operationalize new solutions; 
 Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural and case processing issues; 
 Review and approve client billing under supervision of partner or attorney; 
 Prioritize and assign cases, monitor workload and production of other junior paralegals (future goal for the role); 
 As practice grows, will oversee status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems (future goal for the role); 
 Receive continuous training and development on requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications; and 
 As the practice grows, assist in the hiring and training of new team members and identify ways to improve team productivity and office-wide projects (future goal for the role).

 Qualifications: 
 
 Bachelor&#39;s degree or Paralegal Certification 
 Possess at least 4+ years of business immigration paralegal experience 
 Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of business visas 
 Must have client service mindset, attention to detail and desire to achieve a high level of productivity while maintaining high standards 
 Ability to effectively collaborate and promote teamwork 
 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands 
 Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
 Proficient with computer systems and software applications, like Microsoft Excel and INSZoom
