Boundless is seeking immigration lawyers to work with our team on a contract basis, focusing on business immigration matters. This position is ideal for a lawyer with at least 3 years of business immigration experience handling common NIV and IV case types, who is looking for a flexible, remote work arrangement, which does not require any direct client interaction. This role will be charged with handling specific legal case tasks on H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1, E-3, PERM, I-140 (EB1, 2, and 3), and NIW matters, or any combination thereof.
