The office of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, in Little Rock/Memphis is seeking an experienced litigator with interest and experience in all phases of insurance defense civil litigation to assist with cases in Little Rock. Successful candidate may live in Memphis or Little Rock. If in Memphis, some travel will be required.

Qualifications:
JD degree from approved law school
Licensed, active member in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
Minimum 5 years in civil litigation
Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
Arkansas License a plus
Responsibilities:
Handle mid-level to complex cases with minimal supervision
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and conference notes
Conduct depositions and handle all types of court appearances
Provide counsel to insurance claims departments
Manage litigation caseload
Conduct discovery research, analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts
Work with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal projects
