Role Synopsis: We seek a highly skilled Attorney specializing in detained and non-detained removal defense to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody our firm's unwavering commitment to achieving successful results through zealous advocacy. The successful candidate should demonstrate a deep commitment to client rights, a proficient understanding of complex immigration cases, and the ability to manage a significant caseload.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Bar Admission: Must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in deportation defense.
Legal Skills: Strong understanding of immigration law, exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in various legal jurisdictions and adapting strategies accordingly.
Case Management: Ability to effectively manage a substantial caseload, with attention to detail and prioritization.
Client Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex legal information clearly, and build trust with clients.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
