Well-regarded boutique law firm is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal for part-time or full-time position, with remote work option available.  Qualified candidates should have at least two years' experience in business and employment immigration. Experience with PERM as well as evidence-heavy filings such as O-1, E-1/E-2, EB-1 and NIW preferred. Duties include preparation of petitions and applications, as well as drafting RFE responses.  Our paralegals also assist with client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support, including updating and managing status reports with employer clients.
